By creating an account or using Krell Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Do not share your account with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
Krell Academy provides cybersecurity training for educational and professional development purposes. You agree to:
- Use lab environments only for their intended educational purpose
- Not attempt to attack, disrupt, or exploit Krell Academy infrastructure
- Not redistribute course content, lab files, or flag values
- Not use techniques learned here against systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, lab environments, code samples, and written material are the intellectual property of Krell Academy and its author(s). You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Your course progress, quiz responses, and flag submissions remain associated with your account and are not publicly visible to other users.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Free-tier access does not require payment. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimers
Krell Academy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free of errors.
Lab environments are intentionally vulnerable by design. You assume all risk when running lab software on your own hardware. Krell Academy is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of lab materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krell Academy and its author(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
